Led several inter-governmental policy and project development and implementation including the conceptualization and establishment of the International Islamic Liquidity Corporation, development of the Malaysian Islamic Microfinance Framework and the New Colombo Plan (NCP) Mentor program.
Published a policy paper on the Malaysian money-lending (payday lending) industry.
Graduated from The Australian National University and INCEIF University.
