TDB Group & ICCE sign a landmark MoU supporting the professional development of TDB Group and its partners

The Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank Group (TDB Group) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Certified Chartered Economists (ICCE) to support the capacity building of TDB staff and partners in economics and finance, namely through the prestigious Chartered Economists Program.

Under the MoU, ICCE will provide specialized capacity-building programs in grants management, gender mainstreaming, economic policy analysis, and more to TDB staff, partners, and stakeholders. The training activities will take place under the auspices of TDB Academy.

ICCE is dedicated to equipping professionals in the economics and finance industries with the needed skill sets, expertise, and qualifications that help them rise to the top of their chosen career paths, and thus, shape the future of industries and the global economy.

The Academy aims to be an African trade and development finance education provider of choice, promoting and enhancing human capital for TDB and beyond.

Through this agreement, both TDB Group and ICCE are committed to building a global community of professionals, further impacting the continent and worldwide.
